A handy WINDER REEL for kite lines, to unroll and wind up them easily. The ORIGINAL PRODUCT is mainly made of plastic components. The end caps are made of rubber. The manufacturing method is "Injection Moulding". I made a redesign with metallic components, for a manufacturing by machining. Both end caps are made of rubber, like the original. Recommended materials are aluminium or titanium and brass, respective rubber, according to the different components. The four fastening screws have a thread (M5) and a thread length of 10 mm. You can use this practical device - for example - together with my box kite: https://grabcad.com/library/box-kite-1 The model is available in following data formats: STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly and all native files, (.prt) and (.asm), in a (.7z)-folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
