This model is a kind of NASA's PASSOR bucket drum with a special mechanism that can easily gather and store any kind of soil on any planet. This mechanism works with gravity and doesn't need any electrical energy to stock soil inside it. My design is like a snail shelf so when it rotating the soil inside it will stock in it so this mechanism can gather a large amount of soil without wasting them.
