....we have here - a very complex project - it is still in the development phase - so this is an unfinished project that is changing! reasons for the changes are: - we need a planting machine for seeds to produce plants - we need a plant tray, a plant tray feeder - we need a plant substrate filler - the plant pallets with plant substrate- fills in stages - we need a seed separator, the seed small to large reliably inserted into the filled plant trays - we need a watering machine that fills the ready of the occupied plant pallets - watered - a circulating germination tower that holds the closed plant trays Vertical, moved upright - stored until the seeds have germinated then we need: - a singulator, which separates the germinated seedlings into others implements plant containers - a plant pallet former that gives us the plant pallets we need reliably manufactured - a plant tray tray former that made the tray for us reliably manufactured - a plant pallet lid shaper that makes the lid for our reliably manufactures plant pallets (note: all manufacturers contacted who produce this type of material only process thermoforming foils with insufficient stability, i.e. only produce disposable pallets of low durability) and: we want to do all this and much more with just one set of machines, not with several machines, as is common everywhere today. so we want to build a sled as a construct on top, on which several additional devices are active in alternation. we start here with the seeds, which are relatively large: the seeds of the jackfruit... we use little water resources and try to construct in such a way that our devices and machines work fully automatically, self-determinedly.... step, igs, stl
