Platform/deck assembly for integration on the SCUTTLE Robot. Useful for having SCUTTLE carry a load. Files included are for the platform and standoffs. ***Note this is a variant design. All parts other than the "PlatformStandoff_Asia3060" and "PlatformStandoff_Resting_Asia3060" parts have been created to accommodate 30-30 extrusion with the following specifications: https://m.wheelermectrade.com.my/index.php?ws=showproducts&products_id=3053673 The parts "PlatformStandoff_Asia3060" and "PlatformStandoff_Resting_Asia3060" have been created to accommodate the 30-60 extrusion with the following specifications: https://m.wheelermectrade.com.my/index.php?ws=showproducts&products_id=3053675&cat=Aluminium&subcat=Aluminium-Profiles&subsubcat=P6-Series The design incorporates the use of threaded heat inserts and an M3 set screw. The specific heat insert and M3 set screw used can be found here, along with respective technical drawings and CAD models: https://www.mcmaster.com/94180A333/ https://www.mcmaster.com/93245A100/ The 3D-printed parts should be able to accommodate other heat inserts of similar dimensioning. Within the STLs folder is a screenshot of how the supports should be applied to the parts for printing. A .3mf file is also included for importing into your slicer. This should carry some of the settings and support placement I use for printing these parts. Adjust as necessary for your printer and material.
