An ancient tool still popular in workshops around the world today. An anvil was widely used before the advent of modern welding techniques were established. The anvil is a block with a hard surface on which another object is stuck. For my fellow engineers this is a intermediate to advanced part model which is very good if you want a challenge or to push your skill boundary's to the maximum. I learned a couple of new tools such a split and 3D sketch whilst undertaking modelling of the Anvil. Have fun I certainly did
