This submission describes a high level concept of operations for use of robotic agents to autonomously outfit a modular structure with utility cable and piping. It leverages the significant design and prototyping works already undertaken by NASA on the ARMADAS system, making limited modification to achieve a comprehensive outcome. Thank you to Marcelo Valderrey for contributing the ARMADAS model to help the community with this challenge.
