Seat tube clamp for a mountain bike, this is a quick release clamp fixed to the seat tube so there is no rotation allowed. The fixed orientation will only allow movement up and down by moving the lever in up position. The lever's down position is the locked position. The clamp has 2 oval shaped keys to keep the seat post in a fixed orientation. Obviously, the seat post will also need to be designed to work with this quick release seat clamp.
