This model is inspired by the shape of Mount Fuji and was designed with BySoft CAD/CAM . For the POC simulation I used a ByBend Smart machine with very basic options and standard tooling. Given this I had to add cut outs on the bend line in the CAM stage to perform a manual finish bend to 90 degree after I pre-bend the two steps to 65 degree on the machine. So those cut outs are not in the solid works model and only in the dxf file but I think you can add them if required. I also have no revers able punch holders so I have to use an unfavorable back gauge position for step two but given the fact that this part is designed to hold a bunch of paper people cleaning their mouth with after a cranking stuff in there I think this part does not need any high precision. In addition I think that these papers will not be hold very well after half of them are used so some kind of clamping feature should be added.
