Steady Rest to suit AL336 Lathe · 模型 23964
The steady rest supplied with my AL336 lathe is rubbish. Very poorly made, with limited capacity. So I designed and made my own. Max diameter capacity is 104mm, just over 4 inches. Left hand threads are used to make quill movement intuitive, that is, cw to move quills in, and ccw to move quills out. Drawings included.
