TENTRA T3 - Adaptive Tentacle Robot Gripper · 模型 123741
A three-finger, tendon-driven tentacle gripper concept for robotic pick-and-place. Each finger uses six segmented vertebrae, compliant contact pads, a return spine and a pull tendon. The design explores how a curled finger geometry can surround a cylindrical workpiece. Included: native editable SolidWorks 2026 parts and assemblies, STEP exports, open/grasp/exploded presentation views and a five-page design portfolio. Download all native CAD parts and assemblies into the same folder so assembly references resolve. Design targets: 250 g payload and 35-70 mm objects. These targets have not been validated by prototype tests. Actuators and fasteners are simplified CAD envelopes. The included assemblies are fixed static poses; no completed motion study or force simulation is included. Flexible spines and tendons are represented by separate posed geometry. Materials proposed: PA12 vertebrae, silicone contact pads, TPU return spines and UHMWPE tendons. Further work includes actuator selection, tendon termination, robot-specific mounting details and prototype testing for grip force, wear and repeatability. Created with SolidWorks 2026 as a portfolio concept design.
