A model of a THREE-JAW CHUCK with a hexagon adapter. Width across flats: 0.25 Inch / 6,35 mm). Notes: The neutral length of the compression spring is 12 mm. The threads are M6 with a pitch of 1.0 mm and M22 with a pitch of 0.75 mm. All threads are modeled with theoretical values and therefore without root clearance and face backlash. Variations of the adapter: in place of the hexagon profile a square profile is possible. This THREE-JAW CHUCK clamps drill bits up to a diameter of 7 mm. The model is available in following data formats: STEP file (.stp) of the assembly and all native files (.prt) and (.asm), together in a (.7z) folder, for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0« and later versions. Unzip the (.7z) folder and use this new folder as your working directory.
