Parametric BIM model of a 10 500 × 2 550 × 4 000 mm tiny house on a triple-axle trailer, inspired by the "Amazing Beautiful Tiny House on Wheels". Built in FreeCAD 1,1 with the Arch and BIM workbench. Every wall opening is a live parametric subtraction, all 10 windows and 6 doors are real BIM objects with frame and glass, and the model exports cleanly to IFC4. - Steel chassis: 2 × IPE 270 main rails, RHS 100×50×3 cross members at 600 mm, three 3 500 kg axles placed for 10 % tongue load, drawbar with DIN 74054 eye and jack, skirting with wheel arches - Timber-frame envelope: 60×120 C24 studs at 600 mm, shed roof (about 2°) with 60×120 rafters, fascias and overhangs - Glazed porch on glulam posts, two sleeping lofts (7,7 m² front, 5,9 m² rear), stair with handrail, ladder - Kitchen, bathroom and living-room fit-out as schematic equipment objects - Materials assigned to all building elements; every structural part carries a StructuralSpec property (section, spacing, utilisation) Key data: floor 23,4 m², finished floor 680 mm above ground, top plate 3 880 → 3 530 mm, mass ready to tow about 10 900 kg. Structural status: loft joists, rafters, the 2 400 mm window header and the trailer main rail were verified with CalculiX FEM against Eurocode (DIN EN 1991, 1993 and 1995, German NA) hand calculations, all within 0,2 % on stress. Utilisation: rail 61 %, rafter 39 %, header 36 %, joist 20 %. Connections, anchorage, transport dynamics and transverse wind stability are NOT verified — preliminary design only, not a permit set.
