Another concept I worked on was an assembly station designed around a torque tool support system that helps maintain the tool in a consistent orientation while still allowing free movement during the assembly process. The main idea behind this concept was to improve operator assistance and make the assembly task more practical when working with different part models. The rail system supports the torque tool overhead, reducing the load on the operator while guiding the tool through a controlled movement path.
