Toyota FJ60 2F Engine Clutch Alignment Tool (1985) I designed this clutch alignment tool while replacing the clutch on my 1985 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 equipped with the 2F engine and 4-speed manual transmission. After discovering that a suitable alignment tool was not readily available online and needing one over a weekend project, I reverse-engineered the required dimensions and created this model. The tool centers the clutch disc relative to the pilot bearing, making transmission installation significantly easier and reducing the trial-and-error often associated with clutch replacement. The design was successfully used during the installation of a new clutch assembly on my own vehicle and is being shared here in hopes that it saves other Land Cruiser owners time and frustration.
