Wire Spool Dispenser for BNTechgo and Remington Spools · 模型 80921
This is a remix of the excellent Cable Spool Holder Gridfinity found on Printables. This post is a clone of the linked model below. Original source is linked as well. I have scaled this down to fit BNTechGo spools, which are around 65mm in diameter and 61mm long. I have also created end caps to attach to Remington spools (~55x57) so that they can also be used with the same frame. The gridfinity stuff is removed, as scaling destroys the standard and also I don't use it. I like it though, looks neat. Corner holes are 4.2mm to fit MM#94459A140 or similar heat nutserts for M3 flathead screws. There is no winding mechanism, as this is intended for loading full spools. That's it, nothing fancy. It's better than the box full o' holes or the tangle-tinsel tree if you've got some old filament you want to get rid of. The original model is great if you need to wind your own spools of specialty wires. Please check that out on Printables and give the OP a like. STL is a plate export with the parts oriented. Any filament is fine. I've used ASA, ABS, PETG and PLA so far. There is a ton of clearance everywhere, nothing on this needs to be precise. There is only a partial history (post-import) in the .f3d. I had to pull this version out of a huge file of a bunch of other tests, so some stuff may be missing. If you need to mod you can always pull in the OPs model to compare. The scale is roughly 0.835 Z+Y, X is mostly 1:1, just a few press-pull mods and interference fixes. There are two versions of the Remington -> BNTech adapter caps - v2 is for filaments that can bounce, like ASA, v1 is for garbage like PLA.
