I could not find any accurate model on line, now I can see why . . . enjoy. Questions, please ask. My Design Brief, To create a ST4.2 woodscrew with course threads (9 tpi) based on rolled threads 40/60 dgr top angle (configurable), with references found in ISO1478; IS5957; GB/T 15856; DIN 7982; DIN 7998; There seem to be quite a few variations like tpi and thread angle; this screw is based on measurements of a standard course wood screw used in New Zealand. Picked out of my tool box, verified measurements and comparing to standards above, with a tapered square drive #2 (Robertson).
