Worm gearbox with differential (+ animation & speed render) · 模型 42849
This gearbox composed of a worm reducer transmission, and differential. Gear ratio of the worm gear 2/24. After that torque and speed distributed to two shaft through differential of speeds. Differential of comprises two bevel gears (Z=35) of semiaxes which are on the output shafts. Between them is the shaft of the satellites with satellites - two bevel gears (Z=26). Output shafts are not fixed rigidly – it located between differential and it angular velocities are not necessarily identical. They will vary depending on the work to be performed by each shaft. But the sum of angular velocity and torque will always be the same. In the attached video you can see working principle of gearbox. Also in this work I made a little lesson on the renderer this project in keyshot. Shows how to import the model into the program, apply a texture, set the scene and render. Also shown the principle of creating exploded view in keyshot, its rendering and post processing.
