This 2 piece design was 3D printed using an UP Mini. The clamp will clip on the rail and stay on it by itself. The Locking Slider is used to secure and tightened it on the rail. To achieve maximum part strength it is important to print it in the position shown in the screenshot. 3D print time was about 2.5 hours. Check out the video to see how the clamp clips on and then slides along the rail and how it is secured by the locking slider.
