My design consists of 21 small excavator buckets. The extra layer near the edge of each bucket gives it more strength to prevent damage. Following the buckets into the drum are fins that keep any material from falling out. Reverse the rotation of the drum to free the material. I've provided an image showing the volume this drum can hold which is just over 19 liters.
