Parametric CNC Router with 4th Axis · 模型 15907
Latest Update - 4/18/24 This is the same as one of my previous CNC Router designs (https://grabcad.com/library/parametric-cnc-router-1) with the addition of a 4th axis. As with the original, most dimensions are keyed off the X, Y and Z ball screw lengths; change any of those in the user parameter table and the model will update. See the original model description for more details. 4/18/24 Update V28 - Corrected an alignment error with the X Axis. Parts affected are both gantry uprights and the upright spacers connecting the uprights to the Y Axis bearing blocks. A big THANK YOU to https://grabcad.com/lyle.frank.saunders-1for pointing out my mistakes. 3/5/23 Update V26 - On 20mm Z assembly, rails were moved 3mm to facilitate installation/removal of X plate without removing rails. Added 1/2" threaded holes to X and Y limit switch mounting points. 8/4/22 Update V15 - Modified the 4th axis headstock to be more compact and easier to maintain. Thanks to FB contributor Chris Smith for the suggestion.
