This is a newly redesigned modular enclosure for the yoRadio internet radio project, featuring dual 2-1/2 inch full range speakers. This is an upgraded modular version of my previous enclosure model. Key Improvements and Design Updates: 1. Six-Piece Modular Structure for Compact 3D Printers: Accommodating large 2-1/2 inch speakers while fitting within common build volumes like the Creality K1C, the enclosure is split into 6 functional modular parts. The components assemble securely using M2-5 tapping screws, simplifying internal wiring and hardware installation. 2. Screw-Secured Speaker Fasteners: In previous revisions, the speakers were fixed using hot melt glue. This version introduces dedicated 3D printed speaker mounting clamp rings, allowing the speakers to be solidly bolted directly to the front panel with screws. 3. Dedicated Power Push-Button and Status LED: Added a dedicated tactile push-button switch and a power indicator LED to the front panel. With custom deep sleep firmware logic and a TPS63020 buck-boost module managing the TFT display power rail, the radio and ST7789 screen now cleanly turn ON and OFF with a single button press. 4. Enhanced Acoustics and Ventilation: The rear and internal layout provide optimal chamber volume for rich bass output from the drivers, along with hexagon mesh ventilation for thermal dissipation.
