The BioReactor MK 2.5 is composed of six printable parts without supports that are easy to assemble. The total volume usable volume of the bioreactor is about 95 ml, however, it can be scaled up or down as needed. It features a Luer Lock and "half circle" capillary action design, with a membrane seal to prevent leaks, 3D printable membrane, and reusable caps. The design minimizes openings and loose parts to prevent leaks. PET is chosen for the body due to recyclability, and (HD)PE for the membrane and stopper due to flexibility and gas permeability. The bioreactor is designed for quick production with minimal post-processing and assembly as possible so that it can be used directly after printing. It weighs approximately 60 grams and includes a peelable flap for easy consumption and cleaning. More information is given in the report. I'm sorry for the video quality and any citation errors.
