This is my design for the shovel of the lunar escalation robot, the total weight is 3 kg, the total capacity of 24 liters, as will be a set for excavation and the set has to be very reliable to be able to work as much as possible without stopping maintenance, I thought about the 0.6mm titanium sheet material because it is resistant to abrasion, and corrosion, increasing the reliability of the whole set, reducing possible stops for equipment maintenance. It can be produced on a 3D printer or it can be made of sheets. Here are some measurements of how the rigolite compresses inside the cavity. I hope to have feedback to improve my design!
